Purpose: The Pickens County Performing Arts Foundation Board is the advisory board for the Performing Arts Center, formerly known as the Liberty Civic Auditorium.

Enabling Legislation: Ord. 532, 4-6-17; SC Code Section 4-9-30(6)

County Council established this board to promote the provision and appreciation of local arts, culture, history, and performing arts within Pickens County, specifically applying to the Performing Arts Center, and to enhance the general welfare of the County and offer opportunities for the citizens of Pickens County and surrounding areas.
