Presently, the office is funded out of the General Fund.
It is the responsibility of the private owner, builder, developer, or Homeowners Association to maintain stormwater structures. If the property has been deeded to the County, they will maintain it.
To protect the quality of Pickens County's water ways by eliminating pollution from stormwater runoff to the maximum extent practical.
