Boat Ramp

Launch your water adventure at Mile Creek Park. Easy access to the water is key here. Three paved boat ramps, two courtesy docks (108 feet long by eight feet wide), and convenient car and boat parking make it easy for you to bring your own boat or canoe. Another large, 150-foot dock has five slips. The docks are for immediate loading and unloading only; no long-term ties-ups are allowed. There is a $5/day parking fee.

Water & Electricity

Each of our 69 campsites, whether waterfront of water view, has water and electric hookups, a picnic table, fire ring and lantern posts. A sewage dump station is available within the park.

Comfort Station

In addition to water and power at each campsite, Mile Creek Park has three heated comfort stations, each with restroom facilities, sinks, mirrors and hot-water showers, conveniently located throughout the camping area. 

Picnic Areas

There are plenty of picnic sites with both water and forest views, each with a table and grill. The picnic areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Three large shelters with water, lights and large grills for group picnics are perfect for family reunions, youth groups and company picnics.

Dock

Take advantage of the area’s best access to Lake Keowee with Mile Creek Park’s 150-foot boat dock with five boat slips. Perfect for loading and unloading boats, it’s also great for sunning, swimming and skiing. You won’t lack water access at Mile Creek Park.

Recreational Facilities

Mile Creek Park is perfect for the whole family with two playgrounds. A covered basketball court is open 7AM to midnight and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Options for fun on the water are everywhere, with a huge boat ramp and dock and seven miles of shoreline for swimming, sunning, skiing and fishing. There are plenty of picnic sites, each with a table and grill, and three shelters for group picnics. Reserve one of 69 secluded, shaded campsites, all with water and power.
